Eating Christmas chocolates
Discussion
I'm sure like most I've been given a load of chocolate for Christmas but I have a question I just can't answer myself.
I would consider myself reasonably fit (5k in 24 minutes in the park run) and I run 5k or 10k most days but I am prone to putting on weight if I don't take care of myself.
Now I could just look at the boxes in the study but would I be better off eating 20 chocolates (actually about 80) in a one or two night sitting and getting it them of the way or eating one chocolate a day for 3 months?
I'm in the eat them all and feel sick for a while but they're gone corner if I'm honest

Do you just mean small 50ish calorie each chocolates? Eating one a day would make very little difference, all in one go would obviously have an effect but if you were that bothered you could compensate over the following days so that it didn't really matter..
A Thorntons or similar. Not managed to finish a box tonight so it's looking like I'm cured
