Pizza Hut £6 pizza
Discussion
I am a huge fan of Pizza Hut or I was, sadly the other half isn't. Before I met her id be there every week, now its down to a few times a year.
So after I seen the £6 medium pizza offer I suggested it and got one.
Imagine my surprise when I got this, I wish id put a can of Irn-Bru in for scale, but its not much bigger than 6 inches.

When did Pizza Hut change their medium pizza to this size, before you could happily share one, or at least have some left over for supper or tomorrows tea.
I surely cant be the only person thinking that is a pathetic attempt at a pizza.
Is this just a local size or did pizza hut change their pizza sizes recently.

My local Italian pizza place does 'buy one get one free' on Mon,Tues and Wednesdays, two 9inch pizzas for £5
Whats the topping, s
te?
Sharing a £6 take-away pizza? Perhaps from one of those dodgy establishments that sell those mystery meat products, up north, but £6 from a branded take-away pizza place won't fill a child. Hasn't done for a long time.
Me and my wife will always get a large pizza each and that'll be with me eating her crusts. Giggity.

This is a big promotion for pizza hut, the medium isn't normally 6 quid.Me and my wife will always get a large pizza each and that'll be with me eating her crusts. Giggity.
You used to be able to share a medium from pizza hut quite happily, I think a medium cost like 8 quid before.
She doesn't like any of the toppings from pizza hut.
I think we are some what missing the point here, the point being can anyone tell me when a medium pizza changed to a childs size pizza.
Don't they state the size of the pizza in inches on the menu? I think it varies depending on whether you have a deep pan or thin and crispy base as well, so a medium deep pan is 9" and a medium thin is 11". The one you have in the picture looks like one of their "personal" pizzas, which are 6" if memory serves.
I got an email today after posting it on Pizza Huts Facebook.
They are saying I must have been given a kids pizza (which is 6") by mistake.
It goes
kids 6"
medium 9"
large 13"
I think as someone said, it might be the personal pizza, however they did change the sizes years ago apparently. I must not have noticed by buying large or the Italian which is 11" as a medium. That or they just gave it in a huge box which made it look tiny.
Anyway, I got a £15 voucher.

d. But for a guy who weighs 11 stone with his leathers on and a size 8 dance instructor we don't need mountains of food.
