Discussion
Just after some advice as im slightly confused, never done this before.
I buy my chicken fillets frozen, defrost over night cook then eat for tea, however i would like to freeze them again after cooking and use the meat to make cold sandwich's with over the week for work. Can anybody advise the safest way to do this without killing my self

Do i put it straight into the freezer or leave it out to cool? and its safe to eat once defrosted cold no need to reheat? also has anybody done this that can comment on how it tastes after?
I sometimes do this, often get a 5kg box of chicken breasts. Make sure you leave it cool completely before freezing though. As for re-heating, ensure that the meat has defrosted completely before heating. Usually add the defrosted meat to a curry.Gassing Station | Food, Drink & Restaurants | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
