Ground coffee machines
Discussion
I bought one of these, and love it. It's also now £50 cheaper than when I got mine:

Apologies, this is the one I got, but it is very similar to the one above.

We've got a Delonghi Perfecta, must admit it's been absolutely brilliant. I'm not a massive coffeee snob (we used to have a Keurig pod machine in Bermuda) but this is much much better. The combinations you can set on this are amazing !
4 different cup sizes (plus a user programmed fill size), single/double cup, selectable brew strength, it also will take ground coffee in a separate hopper. Only thing I would love is a low water warning as we often go to make a coffee only for the water to run out half way through....

Hi all, I woke up this morning with the urge to go and buy a machine that takes full coffee beans and makes a cup of coffee (not expresso).
Anyone any recommendations for such a device?
Thanks all.
If by "Cup of coffee" you mean something similar to what you get from an instant coffee (i.e not espresso, not latte) but from whole beans then the above machines are not what you want. Anyone any recommendations for such a device?
Thanks all.
I don't really have any suggestions for a machine as I prefer espresso machines but is this what you are looking for?

I would be very surprised if they didn't, I have a Siemens B2C machine and it would give the OP exactly what he wants. I don't really have any suggestions for a machine as I prefer espresso machines but is this what you are looking for?

The process between espresso and filter coffee is quite different and I would be surprised if a system could do both, having had a quick look around on Google, it seems a good 95% of filter coffee machines are the american style coffee jug and not an espresso bean to cup machine.I am however happy to be corrected.
