Following a generous gift, I have £80 of John Lewis vouchers. For about that money absolute maximum £200, what's the best desktop drink machine on the market ?

I tend to drink Espresso with sugar and my wife drinks Cappuccino.

Nespresso Latissima.

Pros
Small
makes Espresso / Lungo / Cappuccino / Latte
No need to steam or froft milk seperately
Under £200
Takes no effort, skill
Makes an Espresso that performs well in taste tests
Comes with a voucher for £75 worth of pods
Plenty of choice (I like their light roasts)

Cons
Uses Nespresso pods rather than your own coffee
Nespresso pods only available via Nespresso, supermarket pods are noticeably worse (Lidl isn't too bad)

I think the Pixie has a smaller footprint than the Latissima, and it's a great machine.

Yeah but can it do a Cappuccino for his misses without frothing milk separately?
