Its not a problem, actually makes me laugh, but when I go to the drive through I think asking for a chicken sandwich meal large with coke is simple, but then the server says OK, what drink would you like! Once I asked for 12 chicken nuggets and they said we only do 6,9 and 24, can I have two x 6 please! Do you think its the robot like training or something else.

Not that I go regularly, but the one near me is the only one I have ever been to that actually takes off all the fking horrible sauce on burgers when you ask them to.

Oddly there is a MD I occasionally use which is cut above the norm...... it is one with a ticket system (not popular as you have to wait) but their burgers are so much better then those sitting under a heated tray ...... also a lot of head managers seem to visit regularly so I guess the new concept has high management scrutiny

I was staying at a hotel at Glasgow airport and asked for a ham and mushroom pizza, the waitress said they didn't do ham and mushroom. I asked for a mushroom pizza with extra ham and this was fine biggrinbiggrin

Where is our resident McD's man?

He should get on to them that breakfast should be served until 11am. Who wants to eat a Big Mac at 10.35am ffs?

Except weirdos that is.

I asked for a breakfast thing but without the cheese please. The guy behind the counter said "it comes with cheese mate".

I said, word for word, "well tell your mate over there not to put the cheese on when he is making it. It's not hard is it" and then I gave him a huge slap across the face.

In my mind anyway. In real life I said fine and just didn't go back again. Next time though he's definitely getting a slap.

This happens every time I order this specific thing.

" Can I just have 2 double sausage and egg mcmuffins on there own please"

" Would you like them as a meal?"

" No, just on there own"

" Ok anything else with that? "

Umm no otherwise I would of said at the beginning!

My wife is a coeliac and this causes amusement when we go in and order something suitable for her - we've caught on that they like the phrase 'burger with no bun'.
Some need explanation - but most amusing is how they will try and present the burger and cheese slice in a breakfast tray. You wouldn't believe the possible number of permutations.
The clever one's even remember to give you a knife and fork to eat it with.

hehe
In my mind you'll be like Michael Douglas in Falling Down and you will repeatedly go into McDonalds and be told by a child with no GSCEs that you ARE having cheese with your meal, and time after time you will sullenly accept this until one day you snap and leap over the counter and push cheese into his eyes.
Probably, though, you will just miss the second part and it will make a really terrible film

You get it all the time in coffee shops too.

"Would you like milk with that?"
