Had a cheese burger in Booulogne ofer the weekend

I wonder if a condition called "cheese sweats" exists?

Can't imagine what that cheese is. It looks a bit like a cross between Red Leicester and Mature Cheddar.

If you love cheese, without a burger attached then head towards Dijon.
