Inverness Restaurants?

Morning all,

Off to Inverness next week with work for 3 days, staying in the Pentahotel (which I think is fairly central?). I am taking my local team out for dinner on one of the evenings, and never having been there I wondered if anyone could offer any pointers/recommendations?

Any cuisine considered, nothing off limits, cost no issue, I just want somewhere 'good'.
