Knorr lamb casserole mix

Tried this cook in the bag sauce earlier this year and it was really good. Just chop up some veg and lamb and put it in the bag along with the powder and in an hour produced a very tasty lamb casserole. We then bought four more of the packs and in early Oct used the last one. And now I can't find it anywhere.
Been on to Knorr by email and phone and they say the mixes weren't popular so they stopped producing them and they say they have none in their warehouse. So I was wondering if anyone knows a store where these things might be sold off as end of line items. I've tried all the obvious mainstream supermarkets but none carry it, but there must be some hiding on a shelf somewhere.
Anyone got any ideas where I can try? Google not helpful, so where else. Or anybody know the recipe they used?

Then to checkout to pay etc where it asks you to register> Name, address, phone, inside leg measurement, etc. part of this process it asks what country you live in and there's a drop down list of just about every country you can think of except no UK, United Kingdom, England, Great Britain or any other sensible permutation and I'm not moving to Afghanistan just to by a casserole mix. OK, so next I go to Google and phone them. Nope, there is a company on Google by that name but the lady there tells me she gets loads of calls for them but it's just two businesses with the same name. So what next? I've emailed the right company asking what to do but.....................

Does it need to be sent abroad? If you want to have it sent abroad to me, I'm happy to then send it on to you in the UK. The only problem being it usually takes about a week to 10 days for packages to arrive from the UK if they are sent to us with RMSD. If it's DHL it'd be here by Friday or Monday at the very latest.But, and there's always a but isn't there?

Can you not just work out the ingredients and make up your own? It's not likely to be all that tricky, and a few quid in dried herbs will probably outlast a few sachets of mix.
This. Cant be that hard.You can buy the oven bags separately and just google a recipe to see what herbs and spices to put in.

So looks like it's find a decent recipe time and buy some cook in bags, but it's the ease and convenience as well as the taste that's key and tbh I don't fancy making lamb casserole every day for the next month to find the right mix.

I'm going to a horrible giant Costco type place on Saturday to get stocked up on xmas snacks for me and cheap christmas tat for the missus - I'll have a look for you but can't promise anything. Knorr stuff is very popular here, though, so maybe they got a big order on the cheap and you'll be lucky...
I don't understand. How hard can it be to find an image of the back of the pack (or an old pack, or ask Knorr direct), then to pick up the main ingredients next time you're in the supermarket? If you wanted to be super-lazy, you could even make up a big batch of 'pre-mix' in roughly the right proportions (based on their order on the back of the pack).
Knorr aren't employing witchcraft to make these things. It's probably quite simple.

And C70R, yes you'd think so wouldn't you, but without a pack I can't see the ingredients listed on the back and it's likely they're not things we'd readily identify anyway. For example I've got a Colmans (inferior but supposedly similar) product here and ingredients are: Wheat flour, starch, potato, onion, salt, onion powder, flavourings, yeast extract, potassium chloride, herbs, caramel syrup, spices, maltdextrose, sugar and tomato. MAY contain milk egg celery and mustard.
Not overly helpful is it? No quantities so I'd have to guess and there's some very wide ingredients there. For example, what's "flavourings" and potassium chloride? Could be guessing for years. And it's a powder. What's with "may contain eggs and milk?" Does it or doesn't it? Hurrumph

Where "flavourings" is listed, everything that follows will be those "flavourings". However, just showing "herbs" and "spices" isn't helpful in this scenario. Were you able to work out what the primary flavours were? (that is, if you could taste them after all the salt and onion)
30 seconds Googling "potassium chloride in food" will show you that it's a 'low sodium' replacement for salt. Therefore, you can substitute salt without too much trouble.
When ingredients say "may contain xxx" rather than "contains xxx" (referring to things that cause common allergies, such as "milk, egg, celery and mustard"), this means that they are packaged/processed in an environment that may cause minute traces to be found (i.e. alongside loads of other flavourings containing those allergens).
