Does anyone have a REALLY good induction roasting tin? I've had three now and thrown them all in the bin. Pyrex, Waitrose and TKMax have so fair failed me. The problem I'm having is even on a low heat the tins distort so I'm getting very little contact patch to the induction Hob. I've got a roasting tin from France (not induction compatible) which has a very thick base. Something like this will do but I can't find one.

Might be worth talking a look at the Aga ones, my mother's got a couple of their cast iron roasters and there's no way they're going to deform without the use of a sledge hammer. Le Creuset should do the trick too but I'm not sure if they still do their cast iron roasters

Very good suggestion. Cheers for that.
