Not every one's cup of tea for sure, but it is a healthy, low fat food so, other than the traditional liver, bacon and onion gravy (yum, yum) type of meal, what other tasty liver dishes are out there please?
I like to make an onion, garlic & tomato sauce stir in thinly sliced lambs liver for a couple of minutes until barely cooked. Sason with salt and plenty of black pepper then stir in pasta (i like the wide ribbons, but any will do)
