Been in our cupboard for months... wife has no idea what it is just "looked good"..

Looks like chicken on the front - ?!?!

It's kebab spices. It says it right there, top left and on the massive sticker in the middle.

I kind of guessed that but how do I use it? I assume not dry? Or is it onto meat then onto BBQ or something else?

To prepare the dish kebab or gyro meat should sprinkle Spice kebab-gyros before frying, or use as an ingredient in marinades.

Sorted. I'd just fry the chicken off, then add it on like the seasoning you get with Fajita kits or similar.

Ah ok. Will give that a go then. I was kind of hoping it would be donner kebab sauce (no such chance if the mrs bought it!) biggrin

hehe

They're actually pretty nice spice mixes, I use them with some of this from Canada to make a baddass marinade.
