I have experienced some delicious food on trips to Sri Lanka and around restaurants in London and Hertfordshire. My favourites being :

Jaffna Mutton Kottu - entire 'roti' that has been cut in to tiny bits and served with mutton pieces and green chillies

Mutton rolls - an staple of Jaffna street food but can't really describe so here's a pic

Jaffna style Crab curry

Anyone else tried this type of cuisine?

There's a belter of a Sri Lankan restaurant on 164 Merton High Street called "ADCHAYA" near South Wimbledon tube.

So good, it is almost exclusively frequented by ethnic locals.

Plastic tables & chairs, unlicensed & the best food but be prepared for the heat the next morning!
