I was treated to another of my mates awesome asado bbqs a few weeks back.... i consider myself a bit of a grill master but this takes it to another level....

as you can imagine it tasted great

I desperately want a proper Asado, do you know if he did a DIY build?

Great bit of kit if you want traditional Argentinian BBQ.

yep he did and drafted in his argentinian father in law!

its a fantastic thing. the hardware was brought directly from argentina ie the grate etc

Suspect I'll end up making my own, I've got a big cast iron fire dog and I can get a grill easily enough. It's the mechanism for winding the grill up and down I really want though biggrin
