Errrr.... Why?OP could grease themselves up with it and streak across a rugby match, they will not be able to hang on to you.

But what can I realistically do with it?
Timely thread. As an Atkins dieter I get loads of fat slop from my electric grille tray and not sure what to do with it. Chucking it in the bin doesn't feel like a good idea as the bin truck with crush and break the jar I put it in and the fat will leak out onto the road as it's driving along, but pouring it down the drain isn't going to end well either. So what do you do with it? But what can I realistically do with it?

fat balls for the birds in winter, they will love the taste. put some seeds in there.
Definitely do this.Buy some seed, mix in with melted fat, pour into a yogurt pot, poke some string through and the birds will be queuing up.

I can't think of anything else I would use rank old fat for.

Errrr.... Why?And the OP prefers to dispose of, rather than eat it (bacon grease mopped up by a slice of bread etc).
