Just been discussing in the office the stories behind certain biscuits and pastries so it got me thinking, what is a PHer's favourite biscuit and why?

Personally, my favourite is a Garibaldi - it's chewy and holds it form while dunking (4/5 dunk factor)

Cookie as a regular but a Jammy dodger as a rare treat. I say rare treat as you buy a pack and they are gone before you get a lookin.

Jammy dodger. I can quite happily sit and smash a whole packet in one go.

2nd choice would be mcvities caramel digestives. Nom nom.

Ooh, didn't realise that they weren't made anymore although I now realise that I haven't seen them for ages.

Another one, that I used to be quite partial to, that I also haven't seen for a while is the All Butter Biscuit as per:

Also, on the subject of biscuits, whats the general opinion when buying what I'd call day to day biscuits, quantity or quality?

Personally it's quantity for me then the occasional splash out on the more expensive options as a treat.

Classic Digestive, like to dunk them but also like to pop butter on them and have a nice mature, blue cheese and/or gammon on them with perhaps a little pickle (not branston)

Dark chocolate digestive or dark chocolate hobnob - much prefer them to the milk chocolate alternative, despite loving milk chocolate most of the time.

Also those Fox's chunky cookies that you only get about 3 in a pack are quite addictive!
