picked these up at Morrisons for the princely sum of £1.74, what would you do with them?

Place in open foil in a tray, sprinkling of olive oil, few knobs of butter, handful of capers, salt, pepper. Under the grill. Squeeze of lemon juice when on the plate.

I miss living in the UK. Even the supermarket fish is decent.

I quite like flatfish filleted, rolled up and stuffed with crab meat and cheese. Then baked.

Fry in a pan with butter and put in nice floury bap with condiments of your choice!

And remember, there's 4 fillets on a flat fish.

I like to fry them in a light batter (think tempura) and have it in a taco, with some cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, 'slaw and a squeeze of lime.

Depends on the size of fish and your knife skills.

I'm not great, but my wife is a trained fishmonger and can take 2 really nice, large fillets off a flatfish by using a flexible knife to clear the backbone.
