Looking for smaet scales for Android?

Evening all,

I'm a strange to this part of the forum, my idea of cooking a nice meal usually only reaches as far as something with chops. I was watching gadget show the other day and they had a smart scale on there, dropscale I think it was called and it looked like the perfect gift for my wife for Xmas, she's always wanted to try cooking my and baking and she's in maternity leave for a bit so got a bit more time stuck in the house. I looked at their site and its only compatible with Apple stuff and everything we've got is android and it doesn't look like an android app will.be coming soon. Has anyone used a similar smart scale that is compatible with android?
