Anyone got any recipe suggestions? Turkey based for choice. I'm thinking of turkey stock and meat, onions and carrots, and maybe chestnuts, with some wilted kale. A bit of brandy and some cream. lick

Sounds a bit like a scotch broth if you elbow the cream.

Not really a soup though, just leftovers in a stock, although I suppose that's what soup is really!

I'm thinking of a bubble and squeak soup, (stock, bubble and squeak, simmered) blended smooth with a few herbs to perk it up - served with shredded gammon and a poached egg with some chilli flakes or slices - however it may also be hideous.

Make a Turkey stock, and do a version of Matzo ball soup?

Turkey broth yum My lot buy crowns now so I don't get to make it any more which is a shame as it's bloody lovely on NYE with some proper fresh bread.
