Wow, feeling sorry for myself with the manflu and this has cheered me right up, most unexpected thanks to all that voted.

I'll set up a new comp within the next few days.

Now the comps have their legs back it would be nice to see PH restate the winners prize.

It still proudly wear my PH apron from time to time. (Burger comp winner from....I can't remember but a good while back)

balls, was going to pick Lamb as that's my favourite meat but notice that was done recently.

Do the rules allow me to pick a type of cuisine rather than ingredient?

What did you have in mind? Why not suggest something and see what people think.

Last time we had curry as a competition was 5+ years ago so sounds like it could be a plan, plus there are lots of excellent curries on here so competition will be tough.

I think it only lasted one comp...Garlick was kind enough to join in with the prize but It died shortly after.
