Late at night, fancy some blue cheese and it's anti-inflammatory properties.

Thought I had some castello, no deal, but then I spot a jar, sealed, of stilton, check the date, sometime in 2014.
So it's bene in the fridge for some time then...erm, still sealed...and it's mouldy cheese to begin with...is this OK to eat and still live/not have stomach issues/horrendous business trips/turn into swamp thing?

I opened an old one on Thursday night, scraped off the'extra' mound and let it get up to room temp!
Went down beautifully with a glass of port. In fact, I think I'll have some more now!
