Refried Baked Potato Chips Recipe

Someone somewhen posted some truly scrumptious looking fried baked potato wedges - a simple enough recipe that I tried once and failed. I can't for the life of me find the thread now and my search-foo is failing me.

Can anyone remember who it was, and kindly boing the thread? Having home made burgers tonight and fancy some home made "chips" to go with.
