Korean Fried Chicken

After a recent trip to New york, myself and my wife made a couple of stand out food discoveries.
The Mac n Cheese using 5 varieties of cheese and lobster tails is easy enough to try, but I wondered if anyone had a tried and tested Korean Fried Chicken recipe.

That bowl of spicy, sweet delicious chicken from BB.Q Chicken on 25 W 32nd St had every single one of my tastebuds dancing with delight.

21TonyK is correct, it was a month or two ago but couldn't find it using search.
