Here's mine

Tin of crab meat (chunks not shredded)
Cooked crayfish
Lime
Samphire
Garlic
Chili flakes
Oil
Linguini

Cook linguini
Fry up chopped garlic and a few chilli flakes in oil
Steam samphire for a couple of mins
Add samphire, crayfish, crab meat, to the garlic and chilli.
Squeeze 1/2 lime over
Bung it over the linguine, stir round and serve.

How simple and quick is that for a midweek meal!

Sounds tasty but to 'quick, easy, tasty' I'd add 'cheap' - i.e. maximum 'yum factor', minimum time & effort and low cost. Makes a bacon butty hard to beat lick

Half and onion fry off in a little oil, add chopped smoke salmon for a couple of mins, chuck in cream, gnocci, black pepper.

I do something similar, not keen on cream but use some avruga, can get a little salty though.
