Stir fry sauce recipe

Really got a craving for a beef stir fry. Anybody got a decent recipe for a nice sauce? I really don't like the pre-made Tesco/supermarket stir fry sauces.

There's a very good one for crispy chilli beef on this forum that I've made a few times have a search.

A basic beef stir fry can work nicely by combining

Soy
Tspn 5 spice
A little stock with sugar dissolved in
Tbsp honey
Fresh chillis
Sesame oil
