I went for it after I did a sausage making course and that being the model we used. It was also a similar price to buying the add on for my kitchen aid.

It's very good and we've had some great home made sausage from it, my parents use it often too.

I had a mincer lent it to my cousin who is a mincer never got my mincer back from the mincer.
