I would have thought so. I freeze stuff like this from the supermarket all the time. The square lorn sausage looks interesting. Would make a decent sandwich.

Scallops already in the freezer, chorizo a staple in the fridge.

Sausages a bonus. I never fancy this sort of stuff for breakfast though.
