Mrs P has some flowers in a vase on the table at the moment with 4 big cinnamon sticks tied with ribbon to stakes as part of the bouquet.

Question: would they have been sprayed with something nasty rendering them inedible or can I chuck them in a curry, etc?

The ones they sell for flower arranging are normally marked "not for food use"

That's desperation when you're eating the flower arrangements laugh
I bought an Amaryllis the other day with some fancy bits like that thrown in the vase with it - including a green mouldy slice of festive orange!

I'm not desperate and I don't really like cinnamon, it just struck me that we'd be chucking away money if it's edible.
