Not sure if it ages as well as a TVR.

I would say less mustard, more ale though. I do have a workaround though for it, just off to the beer cellar......


I think this will be epic melted on toast.

What's your favourite cheese of the moment? They seem to be a bit neglected on here.

I'm partial to a creamy French blue, this evening it will be Saint Agur.

That takes me back! Where did you find it OP?

My favourite is Long Clawson stilton although haven't had a really good one in years.

I tend to go in here https://www.paxtonandwhitfield.co.uk/ and ask for recommendations. Some keen cheesy types working there, hardly any more expensive than supermarkets but a visit can cost me a packet!
