That looks like a cross between a jam tart and a Portuguese custard tart.

mr k used to have some kind of basic tart that had 'whipped cream' ontop. it used to be a favourite of mine, sadly i cant seem to find it anymore, i doubt they make them.

Sorry to go slightly off topic but does anyone remember the apple and custard pies that mr K used to do?
