Although they're nice enough, I've never really been bothered by pancakes.

I am seriously considering getting some crispy duck pancakes for dinner though and using 'pancake Day' as an excuse....

Might do some German Pancakes in the oven for pudding - I love pancakes....and cold Yorkshire Pudding with jam on
