I've made a couple of loaves before and just about getting the hang of it. But this is my first attempt at Tiger Bread. The small "pot" of stuff is a paste made from Rice flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and water.It's now having it's second proofing, in a Banneton basket, in the oven on the dough proofing setting. The tricky bit is getting it out still in shape!!
