We like this with some crab, crayfish, chilli and lime.

I always used to just fry it up a little with the other ingredients, then serve with pasta. Recently it's been very twiggy, anyone else had this problem?

If twiggy it'll be an import from Asia or wherever, different variety to the native British plant which is not yet in season (June/July IIRC)
