Selling sprits without a license

I have 7 bottles of whisky I want to sell if I can. They aren’t special enough for the specialist auction sites to be interested; but still they’re not junk. Major brands in their £20-30 lines, laphroiag, Jura etc.

Any ideas?

problem is i have loads of bottles, given to me as gifts e.g. for birthdays and christmas over a few years. There's no way I could drink through it all - I do like whisky but not like a bottle a week! I'd be concerned if selling to a mate that I'd end up unwittingly trying to sell back to someone one they'd given to me, or something.

Maybe facebook is the answer!

Apparently you have 7 bottles. It doesn't go out of date at the end of the week you know, if you drunk a bottle per year it wouldn't do you any harm.
Give it away as gifts this Christmas.
Give it to the homeless.
FB Marketplace is a good idea, but check your FB 'friends' don't get alerted.
