If you stir something in a pan do you stir clockwise or anticlockwise?
If you swapped to you other hand do you stir in the same direction?
Stir with my right hand generally in an anti-clockwise direction, but lots of variation to ensure less burning or sticking.If you swapped to you other hand do you stir in the same direction?
Given up how to teach my girlfriend how to stir a pot/pan without everything sticking to the bottom!

Right handed, I stir both clockwise & anti-clockwise, whisking is always clockwise. Stirring left handed would only be done in an emergency, too much mess!
Christine bought one of these;

I'm not a gadget person so of course I mocked her ridiculous purchase.
I have used it on occasion when I remember it's there, it's actually quite good
but you don't get any of the "feel" so it's a bit limited.
