Another cheese thingy

I have always been a cheese fan, love the stuff and have many favourites.... however, yesterday I discovered Black Bomber... I cannot believe I never knew of this cheese before being asked to pick some up in the local Waitrose yesterday... searched PH and found it has been regaled many times in these hallowed forums

Probably one of the best cheddars in existence. I have some in my fridge just now.
