£14 and 1lb 4oz. Gone into the oven at 100c for 30 mins. I don't have a meat thermometer so this is guesswork.

Reverse sear.

Gonna be good though.

Here it is. I ate it with a bit of salad but who wants to see salad?

It was very good but I do prefer sirloin. Gonna go tomahawk next time, just because.

Hadn't occurred to me to be honest. It didn't have the graininess that I associate with a sirloin. I think the sirloins I buy aren't as thick so perhaps that is part of what I found different.

Looks nice though. T bone is a difficult steak to cook because you'd cook the sirloin a bit longer than the fillet if you were cooking them separately.
