My partner as I’m sure all some of you do to, suffers from crohn's, it’s at a manageable point now but we need to keep it stable

Could you guys share your recipes and meal ideas? We’ve got a good jist of what we can and can’t have just looking how to combine them all!

You're asking a really open question to be honest, I have crohns and basically I eat junk as I'm on a low fibre high energy diet.

A tricky one as everyone can manage different foods. I’m basically limited to root veg - I miss broccoli, sweet corn and lettuce!
When things are bad I’ll eat porridge with oat milk for breakfast and chicken fried rice in the day - chopped cooked chicken breast, 2 min rice and a couple of eggs and that’ll see me through the day.
At the moment I can be a lot more adventurous- roast dinner is probably the main thing I’m good with - no greens, but carrots, swede, butternut squash make up the plate.
I’ll add chilli flakes to almost anything, I’m good with spice/hot food but others can’t tolerate heat. Fajitas with peppers/onion are fine for me. Home made burgers and sweet potato wedges also good.
I’d love to eat more fruit, I can’t handle anything citrusy. Bananas are fine, apples/pears without skin are okay. Every few years before a colonoscopy I treat myself to a litre of pineapple juice - heaven!

Chatting to a guy who had chrones, swears by kefir, said it cured him.
