Panasonic.
If it survives the 1st month it'll go on forever and cost peanuts.

Partner has one at home, work has two of the same model.
Partner's gets treated well, work ones do not.
One of the work pair died quickly. Partner's, replacement and 2nd work ones are still going after years of use/abuse.

My Sharp gave up the ghost in the New Year after nearly 20 years of service. Replaced with another Sharp.

Blimey, just buy one that looks nice.

We've always had Panasonic combi's but each one we buy lasts a shorter amount of time and feels noticeably crappier that the last - so much hassle with the last one that Panasonic replaced it free when it failed again after being repaired again at 2yrs old. The replacement one, a new model, arrived twisted so they sent another and said the chuck the first one away.

Apart from feeling cheaply built, the door on the latest one opens to 90 degrees, rather than 110 or so of the previous one - so it makes putting big things in and out awkward. Also the mains lead is very short - it just reaches were we have it but seen loads of complaints from people where the new one didn't reach from where their old one was.

Did you buy it from there? I'd have got it from JohnLewis as they incude a 2yr guarantee - although to be fair, it was still hassle getting it fixed even through them.

Word of warning - I got a cheapish TV from AO last week as the model I wanted wasn't available anywhere else. It arrived at 6.15AM!

They make microwaves without turntables now, I would have gone for one of them.

For staff canteen use, we have Buffalo GK640 (1850 watt) commercial microwaves.
Need them too with the amount of people on site.

One of these at my workplace recently in addition to the two cheapie Panas.
Although more powerful people find the heating is rather uneven.
It doesn't have a turntable but is alleged to create a similar effect by other means.
