Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery

Does anyone have the email of Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery CEO or the like? Whenever any of my friends complains through the website about service etc, the Manager of the establishment calls them, spins some cock and bull and nothing changes.

Tonight I popped in whilst walking the dog there were 24 plates, 3 bowls, 12 glasses and 4 bottles sat on tables for the entire 90 mins I was there and my friends said they had been there for an hour prior to my arrival. It was like a fking chips tea party!

You could go further up the food chain to the group management if you feel the management an the local franchise aren't interested...

Seems the easiest solution.

I've been to one and it was rubbish. I wouldn't keep making the same mistake.

It's cheap for a reason.

I don't eat there. I pop in from time to time for a beer and my friends frequent the place. It is the only kid friendly place near by.
