Apparently it's a miracle cooker that does everything. Being a hardened sceptic I am immediately unconvinced of course. Anyone got/tried one?

Looks like a faff - it's a pressure cooker and an air fryer that you can't use at the same time (having to change lids halfway through cooking seems less convenient than just leaving something in the oven longer).
I'm guessing it doesn't reach anything like the same pressures as a good dedicated pressure cooker that's probably also cheaper.
Maybe it's perfect if you've got a tiny tiny kitchen without an oven.
For pressure cooker with gimmicks I'm more interested in a 'pressure smoker' but the only ones I've seen for sale in the UK have really really low maximum pressures - some in the US market seem stronger, so maybe wait a few months/years.

Gadgets seem to always have hidden drawbacks in my experience. My one interest is in carrying out any oven process in a way that places it under an extractor hood. Roasting in particular fills the house with lingering smells even when fans are running flat out and windows are opened. A kitchen revamp is long overdue here and a decent ventilation system that clears smells without sucking all the warm air from the house out with it will figure highly.I'm guessing it doesn't reach anything like the same pressures as a good dedicated pressure cooker that's probably also cheaper.
