I'm looking to find some good Biltong to order online. Spicy stuff, garlic-y stuff.. I don't mind. As long as its good.

Why don't you have a go at making it? There are plenty of marinade recipes online that you can adapt to your liking, then all you need is some silverside and to make a box with a couple of USB computer fans...
