Anyone go this year?

We went today... pretty epic. Quite heavily beef based though.

Hawksmoor Short Horn Beef

Bone Marrow and Pulled Beef

Heart and Bone Marrow Burger

Blacklock Roast Beef and Yorkshire Puddings

Jerk Lamb

Baked Oysters

One year I WILL make it. Just fails to fit in with work and 3-4 day trip to make it worthwhile frown

Looks amazing!

Looks great but I have to ask, how much did you spend? I really want to go but looks like costs could easily get out of hand.

Jerk lamb? That has to be tried.

It was fantastic. I think the highlight was the Heart and Bone Burger, incredible taste and texture.

Its a great day out, highly recommend it. I think this was our 4th or 5th visit.

First time this year.

I was very impressed with the heart and bone burger - I think the heart was the texture and bone was the taste, couldn't eat a whole one. Didn't rate the ultimate cheeseburger, mine are better. Got some great ideas for my own cooking.

It was my birthday so didn't pay for all of them - but I managed 13 dishes. Offset to that was only 6 pints which seemed reasonably well priced (as opposed to Gin and everything else which was a tenner a go).

Might do Ireland if they do it again next year. Recommended.

I was reminded about it on Friday and when I looked that afternoon the tickets were showing as sold out or unavailable. Really would like to go next year. Is there anyway to add an email address to get reminded when next years event is coming up?

Not sure. Have a look on the website. There must be a mailing list. You can also get early bird tickets too which works out cheaper.

You can subscribe on their website to get new updates, that should do the trick.

That food looks fabulous!

IIRC, this was about £90 to get into when it started and was not popular, so I've ignored it ever since.

I live around the corner and occasionally work there, so will definitely go next year.
