Can any recommend a restaurant in London or the Home Counties that does a Kamayan Feast - on banana leaves and using hands to eat?

We're doing cuisines of the world for half term fun and the kids want to include the Philippines

I've been to Josephine's in London years ago but from memory it's more Westernised dishes.

Thanks

Romulo don't do it, that is a western upmarket restaurant.

These two places do it. What you're referring to is also called a "boodle fight".

Forget WD40 and bannisters . I can dominate this thread !!!

Ok, Romulo is a joke . So is Josephine’s in Rathbone/Charlotte street . I would never step foot in those places again .

Lutong does a good “Boodle fight” . But all the Filipino restaurants in London find it very hard . Its not like people call up friends and say “lets eat Filipino food” ! Best way to eat good Filipino food is to head to Kensington Church street on a Sunday and meet a nice filipina . For sure she will invite you to a party . Filipinos party and eat more than most I know !

But Earl’s Court is the only place you will find a selection of Filipino restaurants
