I've been preparing these each night for the following days breakfast, usually taking them with me to eat when I get to work. Just wondering what others put in theirs.

I mix rolled oats with yogurt in a tupperware tub, then a layer of frozen blueberries & raspberries on top, and a drizzle of honey, left in the fridge overnight. Tastes lovely.

I mix some milk in with greek yogurt (plus oats) otherwise I find it a bit too claggy.

I get a big bag of frozen berries and fish out a couple of days worth at a time to defrost.

Used to have this as a kid- rolled oats with raisins in a bowl topped up with milk, prepped the night before, then grated apple over the top of it in the morning.

Retro! Might have to make it again for old times sake.

In the past it used to be 3 to 4 times per week but now it has sunk to zero.

Have overnight oats for breakfast 5 days a week.
Currently I do oats, milk, yoghurt and peanut butter.

Then add berries or banana in the morning, with some superfood stuff.

Made some overnight oats with Nutella last week, was lovely but defeats the object of it being a bit healthier haha.

Oats, chia seed, coconut yogurt, oat milk and then morrisons do a big bag of ‘wonky’ frozen berries mix (basically crushed/broke up ones) which work well as it’s in small pieces and benefit of being cheaper)

Sometimes also add a few choc chips, and cinnamon.

For me, half a cup of overnight oats, two teaspoons of chia seeds, a cup of Oatly oat milk and a squirt of runny honey. In the morning add a few blueberries, walnuts and possibly half a banana. Lovely, tastes like a treat rather than a healthy breakfast.
