What are you criteria? What's your budget? As a chef I've bought from ProCook before and found the quality to be good if you avoid their cheapest lines.
I would go for Stainless Steel and avoid non stick, really not necessary for saucepans. Good strong stainless pans with riveted handles will last years and years.

I bought some Kirkland brand 'professional' stainless pans from Costco a few years ago and they have been really good. Great value for money. Same as this set:
