Specifically for a Kitchen Aid Nespresso machine. I only ask because my local pub serves Lavazza Rossa which really hits the spot as a Doppio Macchiato but I can't find it for sale!

Any "ready made" alternative appreciated as well.

Hugely impressed with the cafe borbone Italian Blue Respresso they sell on Amazon. Close to half the price of what I used to buy from Nespresso directly and they take extra water being run through them a lot better whereas the own brand I tend to find go a bit bitter. 100 for about £15, I think there are other flavours/strengths but blue hits the spot for me

As a side direction to the question - Lavazza are part of the modo-mio pod group (or is it just them) - if they have your choice coffee in their own pods it might be worth a look - think Waitrose were selling the baby pod machine for £20 or £30 (though that might have been the end of the x-mas sale)
