Does anyone know where I can buy some dried egg pasta sheets that are "normal" - i.e. require pre-cooking in boiling water before constructing the Lasagne. Must be dried rather than fresh, and must be egg pasta.

Everything I can see is of the "no pre-cooking required" variety, and whilst it may be convenient, I'm not keen on the resulting texture. I know that people say just pre-cook this type anyway, but I'd rather start with something that hadn't been messed about with.

I don't like the texture of the "no pre-cook" stuff, both when pre-cooked and when not.

The way I do lasagne you'd be hard pressed to filter out the pasta texture due to the amount of bechamel, cheese and ragu smile
