Can anybody recommend any butchers in South Wales, that sell homemade faggots that taste of liver and not bread?

Not sure if Baileys in Tylorstown is still there a quick google throws up hygiene issues not sure if it’s been dealt with now , I ain’t been past for a bit ,I’ve had some nice Faggots from penygraig butchers,not sure where in S Wales you are I’m in the Rhondda
