I went down to Tesco's today feeling pretty swagger ..

Came back after a bit of hunter gathering with enough to make a two course meal ...

The starter, Haricot bean in a tomato jus.

Followed by the main course

Two haricot beans in a tomato jus,

An epic meal and also good for your waistline.

How are you all doing ?

Because the walsh gang are at home self isolating I plan on dusting off the slow cooker this week, got a good ramen recipe for later on in the week, and have a beef stew and dumplings for today, yum yum.

The main problem I have is grazing when I'm at home for long periods of time, every 5 minutes I'm opening the fridge for something.

I have a huge amount of 00 flour, and I got eggs the other day so we will be finally getting that pasta machine out of the cupboard.

Yesterday's lunch was ham and lentil soup garnished with mozzarella sticks. Monday's lunch was star shaped prawn toast and what I assume was a chicken pakora I found in a zip lock bag.

I really need to go to a shop.

I did quite a big order from A Di Maria just before all this panic buying crap kicked off.

The Tickles are isolating with Pizza night on Friday.

Good effort, but the presentation seriously lets all of your efforts down. Its sloppy at best.

A shame, as the high quality produce deserves better.

I suggest you watch a few episodes of Masterchef etc, to gain some presentation ideas.
